Shipping Policy

Better Objects ships worldwide.

Pre-orders

Products on Better Objects are pre-orders. They ship when production is finished, and the estimated shipping and delivery months are shown on each product page. If a date moves, the product page is updated. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships (see our Refund Policy).

Shipping Rates

The shipping cost for your order is always shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. Standard rates:

Some products have their own rates: LastFloss ships free on orders of $45 or more, and Peak Dough ships free on orders of $180 or more to the US, Canada, the UK and Europe ($299 or more elsewhere). Checkout always shows the rate that applies to your order.

Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, tracked delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within Europe and 5–8 business days to other destinations. These are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary, particularly during peak periods or due to delays outside our control.

Tracking

All orders are tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment.

Customs & Import Duties

Customers receiving orders outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
