We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging — no questions asked.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at hello@better-objects.com with your order number and we will guide you through the process.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different colour or variant, subject to availability. Please email hello@better-objects.com before sending your item back so we can confirm stock.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@better-objects.com. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. For items valued under $20, no return shipment is required — we will resolve it straight away.
