Care & use
Keep SoundUp dry — there is no official IP / waterproof rating, so it is not designed for rain or splashes. Use sensible volume to avoid distortion. Charge fully every few months when not in use to protect the battery. Wipe the enclosure with a soft, dry cloth. A printed quick-start guide is included with every unit.

What speakers work with SoundUp?
SoundUp works with any passive speaker rated at 3–8 ohms — bookshelf speakers, floor-standers, vintage hi-fi cabinets, and most standard home speakers. If your speaker has bare wire or banana plug terminals and no built-in amplifier, SoundUp can power it.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 40 hours at moderate volume. At maximum volume, expect around 7 hours. The 108 Wh lithium-ion battery takes approximately 7–8 hours to fully charge from flat.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes — you can cancel your pre-order at any time before manufacturing begins, for a full refund. There are no cancellation fees. Email us at hello@better-objects.com and we'll handle it the same day.

Does it work with any Bluetooth source?
Yes. SoundUp uses Bluetooth 5.1 and pairs with any phone, tablet, laptop, or audio source that supports Bluetooth audio. It also has an AUX-in (3.5 mm) for wired connections.

SoundUp unit, speaker cable with bare wire ends, charging cable, and a printed quick-start guide. Everything you need to connect your first passive speaker is included.
Is there a warranty?
