Orders and shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days for international orders and 3–7 business days for UK domestic orders. Express options are available at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@better-objects.com.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. To initiate a return, email hello@better-objects.com with your order number.
My product arrived damaged — what should I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please email us a photo of the damage along with your order number and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

How do I clean my LastSwab?
Rinse under warm water after each use. For deeper cleaning, a small amount of soap is fine. Dry and store in the travel case.
How do I wash LastRound pads?
Place in the included mesh laundry bag and machine wash at up to 60°C. Tumble dry on low or air dry. Do not use fabric softener.
How do I use the LastTissue case?
Clean tissues load into one side of the case, used tissues go back into the other side. The two compartments are separated by an internal divider. The case is dishwasher-safe. Tissues wash in the machine at up to 60°C.
